I started it. I have a usb with windows 10 installer on it, and started the install and it dies

Now the PC just randomly knocked itself off. Got to 50% of install and turned itself off. Is that normal?

Unfortunately not, this is the only PC

I removed the GPU and turned it on, nothing nothing to the screen and the pc won't turn off

Is there anyway I can check before sending it back? Would that explain the power button not turning it off when holding it down?

I took off the GPU to check if everything was plugged in right. Does anything look off?

Recently bought parts and decided to put it together myself. I started it up and nothing is displaying on the screen, as in there is no signal. So not sure how to troubleshoot . Every part turns on and looks fine. Have tried all the hdmi slots. Monitor is not faulty. The PC won't turn off with holding down the power button. Any suggestions what to look for?
