  1. I have a question, i recently build a new gaming pc but since out of budget I bought refurbished LED and i used this same LED with my old Dell optilplex and it worked fine no issues, but one day i noticed when i turn on my fan button the LED goes black and then it turns on but the power button stays on sometimes, it makes a sound as if its going to explode on me? my question is this my PC hardware issue or is my LED actually broken and i need to get a new one because i have never faced such issue before in my life I should add that my pc doesnt have a gpu yet because im saving up for 3070
  2. I am asking cause I am relatively new to all this that is why so I'm just gathering as much info as I can.
  3. Maybe I am not properly understanding the whole point of bottleneck but you explained it well, thank you good sir.
  4. You are also right the thing is it has taken me alot of time to make my first ever gaming PC and all these news that 3000 series is going to bottleneck cpus has gotten me worried, one last thing just to take the rock of my chest these are the benchmarks done on i7-8700k and it is using 99% of the gpu is this fair/good benchmarks?
  5. Thing is I saw all the benchmarks and then I went to this channel named gamer meld and he said 9900k is bottlenecked by rtx 3080 so it has made me worried cause I cant afford to rebuild my pc all over again
  6. I will be honest this is my first ever PC build so I need some guidance, I have 9900k after seeing all the benchmarks yesterday I just want to ask will 9900k will be a good pair with 3080 without my cpu being bottelnecked?
  7. I mean I know it is i9-9900k which is a good CPU but I am just worried if I went for 3080 will it be bottleneck or not
  8. As the title says for itself I just want to ask will Rtx 3080 bottleneck 9900k? I'm fairly new to PC building stuff and this is my first custom PC build so that is why I'm asking
  9. Okay so this means I can run 3080 on my z390 with slightly downside performance on motherboard/gpu one last thing this downside performance downside will it be harmful in long run?
  10. And that downside to performance will be on the card itself or on cpu or motherboard
  11. So you are saying I will be able to use 3080 on my gigabyte z390 aorus elite with slight performance lose to gpu besides that I will be good? Sorry if I'm asking too much it just got me worried that some people said 3000 series wont support Intel 9th gen and 9th gen boards that is why
  12. But the card being pci 4.0 running on 3.0 board wouldn't it affect the performance of the gpu?
  13. So I am half way through my PC build I have bought gigabyte z390 aorus elite board, corsair 750 watt psu and cooler master liquid cooler and I'm soon going to buy either 9600k or 9700k and lately it got me worried that new nvidia 3000 series is coming out and my board doesnt have pci 4.0? So if I want to run a rtx 3080 do I need to upgrade my board to 10th gen board that supports pci 4.0 or will the card be able to run on my z390. Please someone help me out I am really confused about this as I do want 3080 but I cannot upgrade my board. Thanks
