    Guys I have a gt610 (asus) (Fanless) 
    It was brought when I was 8...
    I tried thermal paste and it still overheats
    It's temp is like walking in hell barefoot
    Plz help me l.. I really feel crying right now.. Pls help

    You should be able to plug in 4-pin PWM fans into 3-pin headers on your motherboard.
    Have you made sure that the notch in the fan connector was properly aligned with the one on the motherboard?

    That is a waste of money, especially when budget is limited.
     
    How much are you paying for these? ssd's is a must in both builds, at least a small sized. Wouldn't go with a320 mb's, also you would benefit from more ram, at least in the second build.

    When it comes to mobos, I'd go b450/b550, just as a bit better upgradablity 
    An ssd would go far
    And if possible, atx mobo instead of matx
