  1. Hi everyone, I bought a new pair of RAM, ADATA (8GBx2) (2666 / XMP 3200) (Model: XPG Z1 DDR4), the problem is the speed of the rams. They are working at 2400, above that the pc enter in an infinite reboot loop. I tried with 1 stick first OK, second stick loop. I update the BIOS, reset the cmos jumper+battery+15min The sticks are fine I tested with mem diag+ mem 86 I tried to change 1.2v to 1.35v and 1.38v, the same problem I tried all slots combinations. I hope someone can help. 2. I updated the BIOS 4.10 haha. I didn't have any problems and the original problem is the same. I tried the same methods and nothing worked. I use the ryzen memory calculator, write the same values, but same results. Anyway, Thanks
  3. Ok, I think I'll work with that speed because now it's working fine and stable (in the future I'll buy a new mobo/processor/ram and check the compatibility. It's too risky now. Thanks for your help
  4. First, thanks for help me with this problem. I understand your advice for updates before 3000 series. I attached an image that shows the latest updates of the bios. I bought this mobo with the update 3.90, which contains the update that support the 3000 series, there are 2 more updates. Long time ago, I updated an asus laptop to the lastest update and the system didn't recognize the ssd, that was a mess. I investigated and turn it back to the previous version. That is the experience, I don't know. Do you recommend update the BIOS?
  5. I tried with 2666 and it didn't work, I tried with 1st new stick and it worked fine at 3200, but the 2nd new stick single didn't work at any speed.(I couldn't put the 2 new stick work together) I thought the 2nd memory stick came damaged, but if I try to boot with the old stick, the BIOS can recognize the 2nd new stick. I ran the memory diagnostic tool of windows and memtest 86 and the result is perfect. I don't know why with other sticks the second new stick could work perfectly. The task manager shows 24GB and the CPUID and Hwinfo the same. Also I've doubts of update the BIOS.The Asrock web in the last update says: *ASRock do NOT recommend updating this BIOS if Pinnacle, Raven or Summit Ridge CPU is being used on your system. The rizen 5 2600x is Pinnacle
  6. I'll try that method today and post the results. Thanks!
  7. Hi everyone!, I hope someone can help me, I tried to upgrade my system with 2 new ram sticks (8GBx2) (2666 / XMP 3200) (Model: XPG Z1 DDR4), the problem is: I tried to boot the computer with the 2 new sticks and the pc was in an infinite loop of booting, BAD. Next, I tried again with 1 NEW module and it started and I could enter to the BIOS. It was running at 2666. I change the profile to 3200, restarted and I could enter to windows (1 NEW stick OK). I tried again with 2 NEW stick (Infinite Loop) (BAD) I thought one of the new sticks was not working, but I tried to boot the pc with the OLD Ram (2400) and 1 stick of the NEW ONE. It booted and entered to windows running at 2400, I left the OLD ram and change the new1 with the second new02 ram stick and it worked perfectly, entered to windows and worked at 2400. (OLD ram + 1 NEW ram(Any of the 2) OK) Next, I tried with the OLD ram and the 2 new sticks, and it worked perfectly, but the new ones are working at 2400 (All of the sticks are working at the minimum) The problem is that I want to work at 3200, not 2400. I don't use 24GB of volume, I prefer 16GB with more speed. But I can't enter to the bios with the new ones (only 1), I cleared the CMOS, change the sticks in different channels (1-3, 2-4, 1-2, 2-3, 3-4) I don't know how to solve this.
