I heard that the Seasonic S12 series are pretty bad. A lot of people had theirs DOA or die a little bit after buying it. This is what I heard for the S12III series, don't know much about the S12II though.

My build: Ryz 5 2400g, 2x8gb ddr4 2400mhz, 1x ssd 240gb, 1x 1tb SG Barracuda 7200rpm 1TB, 1x 120gb ssd, PowerC Redragon Rx580 8gb, a320m pro vh plus. Currently trying to find a 500w psu, preferably with a 80+ rating for less than $55-$60. Can't have 520w or 550w because I have an avr only for 500w. Any help would be appreciated!

Ok I actually now know someone who has the same PSU and apparently it's been fine ever since they got it since early 2019. He has an rx580 8gb, a320m pro vh plus, a ryzen 5 1400, 1tb hdd, 1 240gb ssd and a 120gb ssd and apparently its been alright ever since.

Oh, and no nothing is throttling, my avg cpu temps are like 40C-high 60C depending on what I'm doing and my avg gpu temps are 40c-75c depending on what I'm doing again. Oh and no my friend isn't overclocking and we both have the same settings in csgo. (Well mostly the same)

Ok, so recently I played csgo again and i only got an Avg of 98fps with most settings at medium, but a friend of mine gets like 110-130 fps but his build is less powerful than mine. I thought it would've been packet loss but I actually have better internet stability than he does despite him having a higher upL and downL speed than I do. He dc's in games and I almost never dc. So I wonder maybe somehow my performance is getting cut because of something?? When it comes to my radeon software, I followed panjno's settings. My build: Ryzen 5 2400g, 2x8gb ddr4 2400mhz, Rx580 8gb, A320m pro vh plus. His build: i3 7100, rx570 4g, 1x8gb ddr4 2133mhz, b365 mobo Any help would be appreciated!

Trendy seems to be a really obscure brand, I mean they don't even have their own site. I was wondering if anybody has any info about the company and the power supply itself. I know it's owned by Silvertec but they don't seem to have Trendy as their owned brand on their site anymore. Any info about it will be greatly appreciated! (Ps, no I'm not buying it, I'm just curious) Here's a pic btw:

Hello So my boot ssd is not showing up in the optimise drives tab for some reason. It shows up literally everywhere else and works fine but I'm worried that this could be some underlying issue that'll get worse if left unattended. I tried researching about it but it seems like not a lot of people experience this and most instructions are unclear. It all started when I went to open youtube on ms edge, it was loading in pretty slow but then the entire screen just went blank. (Not a monitor issue btw) I tried alt+f4 but nothing happened, tried ctrl+alt+del but instead of it being a grey blank screen, it changed into the same blue-ish color the ctrl+alt+del menu has but it was also just blank, after that I tried restarting my pc by holding the power button, it booted up normally but apparently there was an error in the ssd, so I tried error checking, cmd, sfc, and even going back to the state it was in before it happened but I couldn't because there was an error and windows just cant detect whatever error that is. Like I said, it works fine and shows up everywhere else except the "Optimise Drives" tab. Also, it now disk checks my boot ssd every boot up and I have noticed there is a longer delay (like a second or two) after pressing the shutdown button and the pc actually shutting down. Can someone help a lad out?

Alright, so this morning I was on my pc, and i was on ms edge. I decided to go to youtube and for some reason, the tab just didnt load in properly, causing my entire screen to go blank (no its not a monitor issue as this only happens when I go to youtube). It usually goes blank and then loads back in but this time, it didnt load, it was just blank. I could tell I was changing tabs by alt tabbing and pressing ctrl alt del as the blank color changed as I keep moving to a new tab. I tried alt f4 but all that did was exit my discord. After that i waited a few more secs and nothing happened and it was still blank, so I restarted my pc by holding the power button. Here comes the weird 'issue' with my ssd: After booting up, a few seconds later, a notif about an error popped up and that there needs to be a scan and repair and restart. So i pressed it and it did its thing and everythings fine, while booting up it scanned and repaired the ssd where I had my win 10 installed and then it booted up properly. After that I decide to go to the disk optimisation option, and as it popped up, both my hdd and 2nd ssd were there but not the ssd where I had win 10 installed. So i assumed that it might have been a driver issue with my ssd. So I updated my pc because apps and games kept crashing with my pc because i didnt update my win 10. I thought that would fix it but it still wasn't popping up in the disk optimisation tab. It pops up everywhere else tho, in disk management, sys info it pops up. It even work properly, apps from it still work. So i did chkdsk and sfcscannow in cmd and they found nothing. Now i assumed maybe if I restart again it would fix it, while it was booting up, it said "scanning and repairing disk C:" and so it did and it was quick and then after it just booted up normally. Now, I just wanna know what could be the issue, it automatically scans the ssd everytime I boot up and it doesnt show up in the drive optimisation tab. It works, but i wanna know if there is an issue that needs to be resolved as i really need my current pc for online classes. THANKS LOVE THE LTT PEEPS

Alright, so my rig isn't the most impressive, I had a budget of $550 and that's including the gaming periphs. So in order to save, I bought a Ryzen 5 2400g so I wouldn't have to buy a gpu while still getting great cpu performance. Here's my entire setup: Ryzen 5 2400g 4c 8t 3.6ghz a320m pro vh plus (yeah i couldve gotten a b350 or b450 mb but i really dont have a lot of wiggle room so i stuck with the a320 pro vh plus) 2x8gb ddr4 2400mhz SilverTec Trendy 500w psu (i know this is a really obscure brand but ive had it for a year and honestly ive had no issues with it, not one time did it fail or whatever) MSI Optix g24 series 75hz 1080p (actually got a really good value on this) And now, since I wanna start editing and doing other stuff than just gaming, I wanna finally get a graphics card. (Also im just sick of getting only 40fps on most modern games on 1080p lol) AND I wanna know what gpu would be the best for my current setup. And there's really not much room for upgrading here, maybe the psu I can up to a 550w or 650w. (Probs CM or DC) Now, my dad's been planning on buying an rx570 for my pc, BUT, I wanna know what you guys think 'cause im currently doing research and I feel like the LTT peeps are great and competent peeps so might as well ask you guys on what your opinions are on what gpu I should get for my current setup.
