  1. Samsung Display is trying to ban the import of all aftermarket displays in the USA by imposing a General Exclusion order.
  2. Because options matter. We can have BOTH wireless and wired. There's a reason brands want you to only have one option, as wireless is more profitable for them. You can always use wireless, but you should have another option for emergencies or edge cases at the very least.
  3. What is your price range? Level1Techs have their own series of KVMs that you can check out: https://store.level1techs.com/?category=Hardware
  4. Try rolling back the driver and checking if that reverts this. Has happened to be before, and a rollback worked. While 300-500 W is enough, there's no reason it should run lower than before unless specified by you in the settings.
  5. I guess that is it then, considering you had exactly 4 extra drives show up!
  6. It... depends. Some do, some don't. Some have some models with custom PCBs, and some with the reference design by the OEM (AMD/NVidia/Intel). That is absolutely possible and brands like NZXT make products for that niche! https://nzxt.com/product/kraken-g12
  7. Did you check Disk Management which is also named Create and Format Hard Disk Partitions? It could be just partitions and not extra drives! Worth a check!
  8. Considering it is a 3070+5800X, maybe it is the power spikes that can cause issues on the 750W PSU? This would probably also explain the AMD FX-390X working without issues since it has much lower power draw! I think this video is great reference for this:
  9. So... Mac Address topic? And yeah, Apple gives you almost no control over anything. It's a compromise that you have to live with. They get to make their choices as they believe the user is too dumb to do that, which is surprisingly true in most cases and thus extremely effective.
  10. If I understand this correctly, Wendell from Level1Techs has recently made a great video series on this. Yes, it's slightly complicated, but there ARE easier ways of going about it.
  11. I'm comfortable with either, whichever gives me the better value!
  12. Storage is not in this budget, but I do plan to use software RAID.
  13. Budget (including currency): $500 Country: India Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Homeserver, media hosting and automation, and services like NextCloud Other details: Only the computer, no accessories needed
  14. Anyways, where can I buy LinusCoin? I really want to invest in the future of tech and Web 3.0 seems like the right place with my cryptocurrency investments in the cloud through blockchain! It will help creators unleash magnetic content, productize holistic solutions, synthesize venture interfaces, and enable matrix distributed niches to envisioneer dynamic portals!
  15. I just wanted to know if anyone has bought LTT merch in India, and if yes, what were all the costs incurred? (Taxes, Customs etc.)
  16. Thank you for keeping the development going! I hope Floatplane officially adopts this but from the rest of us, THANK YOU!
  17. So, WSA launched today (exclusively for the US). I wanted access so I changed both my device region and account region to USA. I finally got access to the Install button but now I'm stuck here! I'd appreciate help!
