I don't know. Maybe it's old and it separated the water from the paste. The water then accumulated in the front of the tube and after a while on the heatsink it evaporated? Try to mix it well before installation. This is the only thing I can think of.

Are you monitoring temperature of the CPU?

If Nvidia's metrics are accurate there (I expect that they're slightly embellishing the truth), then yes, that's a pretty big oof for 2080Ti owners. However, demand for GPUs typically skyrockets after a new launch, in both the new and used markets. It's not going to get to Crypto-Craze levels again, but demand is going to be quite a bit higher than normal, as everybody builds or upgrades new systems around the new cards. 
 
In any case, your 2080 is going to be far from worthless. I'd expect that you'll be able to get at least 500USD for it. For every person buying one of the brand new cards, there's another person sifting through the used market for (what they perceive to be) a good deal.

It's not quite that simple, but it's close... It's going to be slightly worse cooling than a 360 if you're putting the 240 in the front of your case, and 120 in the rear or top. It'll be significantly worse if you do the 240 in the rear/top and 120 in the front/rear. You also have to make sure you position it all so that all that air bubbles go into one of the radiators instead of one of the pumps. (which is much harder with the two interconnected, and dual pumps) You'll also have increased evaporation of the fluid due to more tubing, meaning the air that will form in the loop will be increased, which could theoretically hurt performance sooner than if they were seperate loops.

So I guess this is the only way you can install it then. Try unplugging ang plugging the pump, sometimes it helps. 

Hello, I heard that before when the pump was higher than the radiator. It was caused by air bubbles. I don't know which way you installed it, but it is generally recommended to have the pump lower than radiator (Gamers Nexus did a nice video about it).
