I went with your motherboard, finally set up the computer,
so far no problems but I probably would've gone with something with built in Wi-Fi and bluetooth. I had to pick up a usb wi-fi adapter, still need to buy a bluetooth module too.

Rationale:
Cooler: Dead silent, extremely reliable, a little overkill but I figured for sound work you'd want something quiet
Board: Decent enough VRM, cheap, lots of expansion slots for sound cards, etc.
Memory: Cheap, fast enough for Zen 1
SSD: basic, reliable, DRAM-cached
Graphics card: Lots of gaming horsepower and punches above its weight in video editing thanks to the slightly different die vs. a normal 2060
PSU: Reliable, quiet, a bit of healthy overkill
You still have a bit of budget left for whatever other expansion you want-- idk if you can get a worthwhile sound card for that much, I don't really know a ton about audio.
