Hello, Looking to sell on my pc, I bought it a few years ago so not sure how much selling it as a whole system would go for. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Components: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 32gb Corsair ram Gigabyte 2060 NZXT H510 case 4 case fans Corsair CX650M PSU 2TB HDD 500GB SSD Also, how much do you reckon I could make selling each component individually just as an estimate? Cheers in advance

Thanks for all your info in your previous comments! I have indeed been watching Hardware unboxed on his reviews aswell as well as monitor comparison sites, and I think I'll go with the Gigabyte G34WQC as that seems to be the best option I think? If I don't like it, I can always just return it I guess! However looking at the Rtings website that you linked I didn't realise the difference in that AOC has usb no speaker and Gigabyte has the opposite, what would you say would be better to have or is it just personal preference? Could I just get a usb speaker to connect to the monitor usb ports? -

How would going from my current monitor setup be if i go from 2x27inch 1080p va panels to 1x34inch 1440p va panel? Would it be ok? My current 27inch has a ppi of 81 whereas both the gigabyte and AOC are 109ppi -

what about ips panels, or would oled be better? -
Hello, I currently have two Samsung s27d590c 27inch 60Hz monitors (one vertical and one horizontal). I'm looking to upgrade for a budget (sub £450) 34inch monitor and currently have these 3 that I have narrowed down: Gigabyte G34WQC HUAWEI MateView GT 34'' AOC Gaming CU34G2X After looking at a lot of reviews there is mention of black smearing and ghosting I think so it worries me that it will be drastically different. I mainly use for school work as well as light gaming (rocket league, fifa etc) If there is any advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I currently have two 27inch 1080p 60Hz monitors for my pc with a RTX 2060, Ryzen 5 3600, 32gb Ram and 650W PSU. How much monitor could I run? I was looking for a 34inch 1440p 144Hz monitor and wondered if that would be ok? Cheers

So the other day my Kaspersky Anti Virus protection said a file 'WORM.WIN32.STUXNET' had been found, quarantined then deleted after a restart etc I am still paranoid it is still there and when I go into task manager into performance it says there are extra removable drives F:, H:, I:, J: which I dont have plugged in, never have and also dont show up in file explorer. Am I being paranoid or is the virus still here? Any help would be appreciated Cheers

I have tried with my new cable but still no luck. I’ve tried the pcie 3 slot as well but still no luck

Update: I’ve ordered a dvi i to vga to see if it the cable.
-
That narrows one thing down at least cheers. Is it possible to get a dvi i to hdmi? The ports on the graphic card are dvi i and the cable is dvi d to hdmi. Could this cause an issue?

I have an Asrock b450m pro4 motherboard and I am trying to plug in an nvidia quadro fx 380 graphics card to see if my old graphic card (GTX 1660) is broken. i have plugged the 380 into the pcie 2 slot and have plugged in a hdmi to dvi d cable in the dvi i port on the graphic card. I have no output to my display Does this graphics card need any power as I can’t seem to find any power ports to plug into? Am I just being daft? any help would be great cheers.

At the moment I have a GTX 1660 in an Asrock b450m pro 4. I’m troubleshooting the graphics card and I think the headaches I’m having from display issues is due to that and not drivers. Im just looking at getting a cheap graphics card - around £15 - just to see if it this graphics card. Would a Nvidia Quadro FX 380 be compatible? Cheers

I’ve tried typing that in but when I type ‘msoobe’ nothing happens. It just goes back to the end of step 2. I’m currently typing this in after it has restarted and is at that screen with the error on it. Is this right or should I do it at a different place? cheers for your help -

I’ve downloaded rufus and used it to put the iso file onto the usb. I’ve put the usb in my pc and there is 2 partitions for uefi. Neither option is working, it still says it can’t complete the installation. Any ideas? -

I am having issues with the latest windows 10 boot usb to reinstall windows as a fresh copy on a new ssd. I have tried 2 different USBs with the latest windows 10 installation media from the Microsoft website but each time it crashes around the install between the restart and when it reaches the ‘just a moment’ screen. It comes up with various errors sometimes blue screens, sometimes ‘windows could not finishing configuring the system’ or ‘windows cannot be installed on this disk contact system vendor’. I have a 3rd usb boot which is from 2019ish which seems to get me through the install but then I have issues with updates and drivers after the updates have tried to install. Has anyone got any suggestions on how to get windows to boot on my pc? Do I use the old boot or try get the latest one to boot? I have a ryzen 5 3600 asrock b450m pro4 Msi nvidia GTX 1660 Corsair cx650m crucial p2 ct500p2ssd8 500gb internal ssd I has a virus I think which windows defender picked up called Trojan.dll I think and so I am wanting to reinstall a fresh copy of windows to make sure. I’ve had this pc about a year only changing out my ssd from a wd black sn750 250gb ssd. Any helps is greatly appreciated, cheers.
