Hello! I am having this screen whenever i boot my pc and it takes too long to boot my pc. I even have ssd. Please help!

Hello guys! So i just got my asus rtx 3070 dual oc today and im very excited! But i have a problem it is not showing display when i connect it to my monitor. I have DP cable and connect it from the new gpu to monitor. But when i try to connect it to motherboard it does show display on monitor. Also the card is lighting. Also i use the 2x8 pcie cable that come with my psu. Here are some pic.

I found someone who is selling rtx 2080ti for 270$. He said he used it for mining for 1 year. It doesnt make any wierd sound or goes high in temp. Should i buy it? Also its the founder edition. Edit: Thank you guys for all the opinions. Guess im not gonna buy it since im scared of getting scammed.

So in terms of quality and performance they are both good and im guessing both of them can handle a little overclock? And they are the same price in here where i live

Vision g has the white theme as well, im asking cuz i never had a gigabyte mobo befire so im used to asus.

Is the vision g better than the rog strix?

My budget is around 3000kr (around 330 in usd cuz i live in norway). These are all priced at 2800kr in here. Im powering a i5 10600k, rtx 2070 and aiming for white build
