thank you for reply. I did some pathping and tractrt and found the 4,5,6,7,8,9 hops from me were getting 100% loss and also zayo.com my 10,12,13,14,15 hops were having 75%to 100% loss so. I hope they fix it soon

I live in a rural area so internet options are limited. so I pay for a 10Mbps line as much as others pay for a 10Gbps line. and this is the Highest speed currently available in my area. when I do a speed test my results are comparable to what my ISP is providing me normally 7 to 10 Mbps, 60 ping, 4 jitter. but... when I actually try and download anything from anywhere the speed of my downloads is only 1 to 70 KB/s ( 0.008 Mbps to 0.56 Mbps) is this normal? what should I do to try and get my downloads to reflect what My ISP and Speed Tests say I should be getting?
