Sorry guys the case is closed, the ram I added had compatibility issues

I swapped out all the ram, I even removed the hard drive just in case it was the cause of my misfortune, but all to no avail

It's a long story, sorry So I bought a brand new laptop (all details given below), as soon as I got it, I turned it on and it worked, everything looked normal, so I turned it off immediately and put the 8gb ddr4 ram (2400mhz) I got from my former laptop and the brand new 1tb HDD I got from jumia(an online retailer like amazon), right after that I tried turning it on and it did turn on because I saw the power light on and I could hear the fans, but the screen remained black, so I waited for 10 min and nothing still showed up, so I held the power button down to kill the power and I tried again and it turned on, later in I tried using it to browse and play music but it kept crashing, funny enough I can play games for hours straight while charging but it won't crash, when I play game on battery it will crash, when I try to watch a video with VLC, it will crash, also the bsod errors are random, I tried updating all drivers but nothing worked so I finally decided to reset windows, as I did that the booting process still showed blank screen at times and when I booted into windows, it stayed for 3 minutes and crashed, obviously this fault won't be from my os again, and I found an update for my bios hoping it would solve the case but it didn't, it was still the same.
