  1. I think you guys should really make a lot more videos about not building PCs but actually diagnosing and repairing PCs for those people that used your videos to build a PC but now have a problem with it and don't want to go to say geek squad and get ripped off for a simple fix. I could see you finding fun ideas like having actual fans send in their broken PCs where you fix them for free and help them learn about what went wrong and then sending them back to a customer whos happy that they didn't have to pay a ton to get back in the game Thanks for teaching me to be an amazing computer tech @the Linus Tech Team. Much love.
  2. Swap mobo to b450 from asus, swap video card to 1660, 1060 ti 1070 1080 or 2070 gtx. Swap psu to evga supernova
  3. Swap mobo to a b450 model pref by asus for the usb 3.0 and extra features. Swap psu to evga supernova to ensure the quietest possible system. Swap m.2 to a silicone power brand as they have higher speeds and are the top rated atm
  4. Look on Facebook exchange see if you can just find a used chair for 40$ or a garage sale or local business. That thing looks like it's ready to die lolol
  5. Personally I've had good luck with the asus usb blutooth dongle
  6. For gaming the best is an ips panel with at least 120hz refresh rate. Nice features to have are gsync and 1440p resolution. Avoid va panels at all cost and i prefer to avoid tn panels as they have noticable ghosting and corona. On the list you linked the acer number 2 is the most quality followed by the viewsonic but top monitor brands are LG, Benq, asus, dell
  7. That chip and board are going to lock your ram speed to 2133 i believe so you can save a bit by just buying that speed ram. Good video card choices are..1660 1060 ti 1070 1080 2070. I find good used video cards selling on Facebook now for cheap as everyone wants to upgrade to 3xxx
  8. If you don't really take them with you places you could get a pc case that had a bunch of drive slots and mount them internally. Or maybe have someone you know with a 3d printer print you out a cool enclosure you like for them with a hole for the cables. It could double as something else if you're creative. If you don't have a 3d printer there are people that will print and ship online you can find
  9. The ryzen 2600 is a good processor i would swap mobo for a b450 and ram speed swap to 2133. Swap psu to a evga supernova 500-600watt for sure
  10. Two usb extenders male to female for your mice with a longer quality display port cable. When using above 60hz you should always be using a display port cable not an hdmi cable as sometimes a monitor won't be able to enable 144hz with hdmi
  11. I want to say the b450 boards cap your ram at 2133 because you only gain 3% performance from going higher. Realistically you do not need faster ram. You can rest easy knowing your rig is still running just fine and in many cases slower ram will be more stable and less prone to random game crashes. Also it's worthy to note that some of the Intel 10th gen chips are locked to this same speed likely because Intel realized there was no real gain to higher ram speed as well each MB has a QVL list if you want to go crazy and get hyper fast ram. > We are happy to report that you can save some money by choosing a slower DDR4-2133 or DDR4-2666 memory, at least until DDR4-3200 or higher memory becomes more affordable. You lose practically no performance to slower memory on the Ryzen platform, when averaged across our CPU tests. The fastest memory configuration in our bench, DDR4-3200 CL14, is about 3.1 percent faster than the slowest DDR4-2133 configuration. In specific tests, the differences in performance can be larger than the average. WinRAR handles a 1.5 GB compression job 5 seconds faster on DDR4-3200 than DDR4-2133, for example.
  12. Did you install the video card driver from the manufacturers website as well as all of the motherboard drivers?
  13. Sounds possible that you're missing dependencies like the latest version of direct x
  14. I would guess something to do with the scaling settings in the nvidia control panel if the monitors are running at different resolutions. Make sure all the monitor settings are properly configured. Try the game in borderless window mode and see if this helps at all. Haven't really run into this issue so I'm just spitballing. Maybe the monitor is set to auto detect the input in it's osd you may want to try to flip this to whatever you want it to be instead of auto. It sounds like it's trying to auto detect an input whenever you start a game possibly. It might also help to set the monitor you want the game to display onto in the game settings such as monitor 1 instead of auto so the other monitor doesn't think the game should be auto detecting to the second monitor
