    when she tries to install msi command center, it says she doesn't have an msi motherboard but she definitely does???

    but she can't change the curve in the bios it just doesn't let her.

    aftermarket, and there are no curves except the default one in the bios which keeps the fans at 25% until about 70 degrees, at which point the fans still don't hit 100% til the mid 90s

    ok she just managed to find the cpu fan rpm, it's at 850 rpm rn which seems a little low if i'm correct?

    especially since she can't change the fan curves for some reason

    i feel like it's not the cooling solution directly but something like the computer isn't making the fans spin, she put her hand at the back of the pc and she said she felt like it was barely pushing any air out.

    game boost isn't an option either for her...

    yeah it's already been reset to defaults, and it 100% hasn't been knocked or anything during the night.

    well the cpu temp hits the 90s and keeps climbing after about 10 minutes at which point we just exit the game to avoid longevity issues. i have no doubt that if we left it on it would thermal throttle

    according to her, this is what her version of msi click bios 5 looks like, except without the oc option

    here is core0 temps, min was while idle at 3ghz, max was while on csgo after only about a minute, and was still climbing higher, and was boosting itself to 4.3ghz again...

    PBO as in precision boost overdrive? isn't that a ryzen 3rd gen thing?

    nothing has changed, she shut it down like normal, went to sleep and today it's been like this.. and there's been no windows updates or anything either.
