Your motherboard does have two M.2 slots but they're only PCIe Gen 2. 970 Evo Plus is Gen 3.
It is compatible, but you wouldn't get the benefits of its full speed. Though you're unlikely to find a Gen 2 drive outside of the used market these days.

This should let you browse for 1 TB Gen 3 drives from reputable brands. Just set your country (if it's supported) to check for pricing, and look up reviews of drives that catch your fancy.

You shouldnt be sorry for not speaking perfect english (the hell, nobody is, not even native speakers). As long as its enough to communicate with people from different countries, even while having some barriers, you should rather be proud of yourself

As Skipple already said, your information is quite misleading and we can't work with that.
But what I see from the picture, everything looks totally fine (except that its quite messy tho).

Cables are shielded and should in no way interfere with anything when touching metal objects. As long as the cables aren't damage on the outside, they can touch whatever they want.
Would be quite dangerous if they didnt tho

You should for sure look into what is causing it. Is your case on a carpet? Is the cord you are using grounded? Is the socket grounded?

Then you're fine, Seasonic's Focus units are pretty good.
You're looking at under 300W power draw at full 100% load on both the CPU and GPU btw, in case you thought 550W might not be enough.
