Budget (including currency): $3500 USD not including peripherals. Willing to go slightly higher if needed.
Country: United States
Aim: This build will primarily only be used for gaming.
This is my first time spending so much money on a build, and I feel I am a little out of my element with part selection. Even though I have built all my previous PCs it was never with such a wide selection and high budget so I feel like a novice builder in many respects. The primary goal is to build a rig that utilizes the new 3080 series coming out in the next month or so. I know this will eat up a majority of my budget despite not knowing a true price point yet, and I wanted to plan accordingly. As far as time is concerned I would like to order all of my other parts before the release of the new GPUs so by the time I receive it I have everything else already built and cable managed. I would like to avoid using liquid cooling options and instead use a heat sink like the "be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4". I don't really have an interest in RGB, or anything that will put out a huge amount of light or sound. If the part does have RGB its not a big deal, and I really wouldn't mind. But aesthetics are just something I don't care much about.
So far I have put together some items but because of the wide selection I can't really tell if I am getting the most out of my choices. Below I linked my PC PartPicker system builder and while I think the choices are good, I feel like I don't have the most up to date knowledge to make the best choices. Playing games with my friends and family is large part of my life, and for the first time I am able to comfortably afford something this expensive. If anyone has any idea's for parts, suggestions, or comments I would really appreciate it.
