I agree that the server needs more attention. The overall community is getting more toxic, and some Moderators make it worse.
Maybe some improved communication will help so we all can understand questions like:
Why are Player warps taking so long?
Why the portal below /spawn is still "protected by an invisible barrier"?
Why were the restrictions to villager trading imposed?
Better communication and progress reports over official communication platforms would greatly help the user unconformity and uneasiness.
