Sometimes I see it go up to 4.2 GHz at 3% load is that normal too ? And what's wierd to me it's when I game the frequency doesn't change so much, in fact sometimes it even get's lower than when it was just standing by doing nothing.

So I have a system with Ryzen 3600x with it's base speed at 3.80 GHz, I didn't change any settings about it, just enabled X.M.P for memory but even at a 1% load when it's doing nothing the GHz jumps all the time Between the range of 3.9 and 4+ GHz. Is that a normal thing? That the Base speed is 3.8 GHz and I don't think I ever seen it go that low. I am afraid it might die very soon please help!
