@Moonzy thank you! I am ordering my thermal paste right now and will re build once it comes. And if that doesn't solve, I will try something else. I am just worried whether I did something wrong in BIOS or not.

I am ordering a new thermal paste and I will try re-mounting it after the paste. My case is actually quite big. Even then, is this normal?

I have recently built a pc with Ryzen 3600X. Although I am quite happy with its performance, everytime I check the temperature through AMD Ryzen Master or HwInfo, I see idle 70 temp on desktop when I am not doing anything. And it goes to 90 to 95 in every small application I open. Since I was recording through OBS, it went to 93 as you can see. Details can be seen in the video, but I have AMD Ryzen 3600X with Rx 590 and 16GB ram. My fan is the stock cooler that came with ryzen and I also have two case fans for air flow. I am considering buying a Noctua cpu fan. But I don't know if cpu fan is the main issue. This is the first PC I built so I am quite inexperienced actually. Do you guys have any idea why this would happen? It bothers me a lot and I can't use my PC comfortably :( Stats.mp4
