Hi, i have an old acer veriton m460 desktop stock added new ssd, unit has 4gb ddr2, so to make the story short i bought a second hand gpu (zotac geforce 9500 gt 512mb 128 bit) online, it was tested working before it was delivered to me, but when i installed it, there was no display and unit is not booting,but its working when i remove the gpu, so itried upgrading bios but still it disnt boot, so is it a psu problem , need helps thanks
