  1. My friend who was having trouble overclocking his 3000mhz RAM said that I might have, so I was just wondering.
    1. Evolution.

      Evolution.

I'm surprised this is still going strong lol

  2. So I was busy overclocking my Corsair Venegance LPX 3000 RAM, and I cranked the voltages up to 1.4, and managed to push 3400mhz out of the memory. I wanted to get to 3500mhz, so I set the voltages to 1.42, and managed to get 3600mhz out of the ram. I could probably push it higher, but I haven't tried yet. I'm using the stock cooling, with no ram cooler on top. Am I just getting really happy about my overclock or have I really set a new record? I can provide evidence if you guys want, just tell me what app I should screenshot.
  3. I'm actually finding that the 4th core is much hotter than the others. How can I fix this?
  4. I'm currently trying offset voltages, which are stable, but make my temps rlly high.
  5. Ok thanks. Was worried as some ppl said it might fry my CPU. However, I am gong to tweak things in the bios as I would like to get 5GHz stable.
  6. 1.42v is the average under full load (sorry should have said so)- my idle voltage jumps between 1.32 and 1.4.
