    a 5700xt will be your best bet 
     
    also few things:
    there are cheaper drives with equal performance for cheap
    pretty bad case, has poor airflow, which isn't something you'd want
    way too expensive, the TX550M is cheaper and better.

    GPU fan bearings are pretty durable in any direction. Not all GPUs are installed in the same orientation and manufacturers have known this for years, HTPCs, ITX cases, and servers will often have vertical GPUs that run fine.
