    Budget power supplys are a sketchy place to be but if you stick with a main brand like EVGA or Corsair you should be good. And as far as that GPU goes, it isn't much of an upgrade over the integrated Vega 11 on your CPU. I would either go used or save up for something around RX 5600XT level performance but that's just me
