  1. I would personally just start over. If your budget allows that.
  2. To start with the Processor is (sorry to say it that way) a waste of mone You can get a very decent Ryzen with 6 Cores for around 250$ at max. DDR4 I would HIGHLY suggest as it is most definetly a big jump from DDR 3. Graphics card should also be upgraded imo. The thing you can maybe keep is the Powersupply lol....: In addition to that I can tell you that Cyberpunk 2077 will be a hard game to run (Graphicscard wise) Therefore I would personally suggest to sell the whole thing for maybe 400$? AT max and start over. HOWEVER It would be a big investment. You could just try upgrading the card if you feel comfortable with that.
  3. So now that I am fully thrown into the world of AMPS are there any big dealbreakers? For example could this: https://www.schiit-europe.com/index.php/magni-heresy-headphone-amp-and-preamp.html power 250Ohms?
  4. Ahh now that more likely answers my question. Is there any cheap AMP which is actually good? Or what do I have to watch out for here? Do you know?
  5. That might be however I think you didnt quite understand MY question. There are certain mainboards which are "Higher" end which dont neccesarily need any AMPS anymore. I was wondering whether my Mainboard alone could supply the Power needed to use it to its full potential.
  6. Sometimes mainboards have a "spare" HDMi port. If thats an option for you?
  7. Exactly thats what I am trying not to do. I literally want to try the DT 990 Pro and just want to know If my mainboard would actually succeed at powering them without me having to crank up my volume to 200% And also the DT 990 Pro are open-backed too If I am not mistaking? So what makes the difference in your opinion?
  8. I do indeed know that the 990 Sound different however I wanted to give it a shot. My current DT 770 Pro are running at 80 OHMS.
  9. Is it a laptop? IF so try hightening the back of the laptop up in order to increase airflow. IT DRAMATICALLY decreases temps.
  10. Hey there guys, I am currently using my DT 770 Pro and they are magnificent... however my Girlfriend always complains about me not being able to hear her. Therefore I was wanting to switch to a more open set of headphones. I thought the DT 990 Pro would be a nice choice. HOWEVER I am now wondering as they are 250 Ohms whether or not my mainboard can actually run them without me needing to spend another 100$ on a decent AMP.
