xeon e3 1240 Is my CPU bottlenecking with my gpu?

Dear Brothers! Recently I bought a new gpu Msi ventus 1660 xs oc 6gb And now I am getting suddem fps drops in some games with xeon e3 1240 v2 I was using msi gtx 1050ti 4gb backdays I am gamer and youtuber also ..... I just have to game, edits some videos for yt and some times use it for 3d modelling Kindly help me and tell me what should I do get the max performance and btw I am using 24" 60hz 1080p monitor for display with hdmi
