  1. Tried the screwdriver method. Didn't work. Tried both CPU power connector solutions. Neither worked.
  2. These cables are all connected just as they are in the instructions. My problem persists.
  3. Double checked. Not the case. May have just been due to the angle of the original pic. They are shaped slightly different from one another though.
  4. Ryzen 5 3600 Asus prime x570-p G-Skill Ripjaws V 3600 16gb Western Digital Blue 500GB m.2 2280 XFX Radeon RX 5700xt 8gb triple dissipation Thermaltake V200 EVGA 500w BQ 80+ bronze
  5. So this is my first time building a pc and I'm at a loss as to what to do to get this thing running. My motherboard isn't getting anything from the 24 pin connector. I've narrowed it down to that conclusion because I've tested my power supply with a paperclip and it's functional, and even took a multimeter to it to double check. It seems to me like the circuit just isn't being completed on the motherboard's end. I'm getting really desperate for a fix here. I have an asus prime x570-p and an evga bq 500w power supply if that helps. I'm really desperate and I'm hoping my motherboard isn't straight up dead.
