  1. Could you do a sequel to the video you did on oculus link and Virtual desktop back in january? Virtual desktop has made some truly remarkable progress to the point where the latency is so low that it feels like I am playing a native VR experience. Maybe the video title could be something along the lines of 'Is wireless PCVR finally good??' It would be great if you compared virtual desktop against some of its other wireless competitors o nthe quest platform such as Riftcat Vridge, ALVR and AMD Relive VR, aswell as re-evaluating there performance compared to oculus link. Maybe you could also compare it to older hardware based solutions such as the wireless VR recievers for the original oculus rift and HTC vive, as I think making this comparison would really help people who are thinking to upgrade but are unsure about performance. I would also urge you to try the Wireless oculus quest solutions on a variety of routers and network configurations, since I think that using your office network caused A huge latency problem last time (I use an ISP provided router from BT, and my movement to photon VR latency is around 20-30ms depending on how demanding the game is) I hope you consider the video idea and I think the results would be pretty interesting and would really surprise you.
  2. I've tried this, but it is as if there is no power going to the motherboard whatsoever, but even any fans coming on.
  3. I am planning to upgrade the psu soon, but I used to use the 3070 with an old 2500k and an asus p8p67pro for a few weeks whilst the other components arrived and I never had an issue.
  4. Hi, I have just got an MSI mortar max for my new ryzen build, and When I plug it in and turn it on, there are no signs of life. No lights turn on and no fans spin. I have tried 2 different power supplies which both work in other machines. Here is the hardware I am trying to use: Ryzen 2600 Hyper x Fury DDR4 3000mhz RTX 3070 Corsair VS 550 MSI MORTAR MAX You can rule out the graphics card and power supply since I have used both of them in other systems. Have you got any ideas on how to sort this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  5. Please review the oculus quest 2. I love your honest reviews on products rather than sugar coating everything
  6. Could you please do a video on a media server called Jellyfin (A great alternative to Plex) It is featureful and fully free and open source, I have personally switched to it from Plex and I greatly prefer it.
  7. What are you planning to store on the SSD, aside from the OS.
  8. Budget (including currency): £800 (Around 1000 USD) Country: England Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: VR games played through Oculus link including Half-life Alyx and Boneworks. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Im upgrading from an i5 2500K, RX 480 and 16GB DDR3 1600 RAM housed on an Asus P8P67 PRO. I'm planning to buy in late September preferably. I would prefer the PC to be pretty compact, but not ugly, since I don't want a full sized tower on my desk. I have built 2 PC's in the past. Hi Guys, Im planning a capable VR build which will have no issues running any current VR games via oculus link on medium settings (Or low if need be). Ive looked on amazon, but I can't decide which components would Be best suited to this kind of usage. The lower the cost, the better. Thanks for all the help
