    So I bought a new graphics card (GEFORCE GTX 1660TI) and a new power supply (thermaltake Smart 700W)... when I hook everything up and hit the power button, I get a red power button and 4 beeps.. I have read the manual and looked online for help. This is my last resort!!! Please send help!!!
