I have used GPU, ex mining, I was ETH miner before, and I have twelve RTX 3060 12GB It is good idea to use 6x RTX 3060 with asus workstation motherboard for deeplearning (tensorflow and opencv) ? Motherboard is : Asus Z10PE D16 WS, it was have four x16 PCIe Gen 3.0 and two x8 PCIe Gen 3.0, with two xeon e5-2699v4 (22C/44T) (44C/88T)

You can use external GPU, but it's very expensive, even solder CPU in notebooks can have external GPU

No... I use bulk DC SMPS, 200a @12v and 200a @5v, with copper busbar... I am IT person... but also known very much in LV electricity and electronics, also have certification to... HDD Power is connected to busbar directly..., (with SATA power connected to HDD and busbar), busbar is connected to SMPS, SMPS is also HP Server PSU with modification, four 1200w PSU with 94% efficiency in parallel, also with industrial grade 12v - 5v converter, you can't do this if don't have experience in electronics and electricity... And HDD SATA data ports is connected using SATA to USB with USB Hub and USB PCIe...
