I can’t get out of the screen that tries to boot up to a safe mode it just restarts pc on loop when it load the logo, under the logo it says preparing and then restarts on loop

So i had some problem with my (Realtek) sound drivers. At first it was that my laptop didn't have any audio sound and headphones with jack didn't work, so i thought that ill just delete it and reinstall new one (i tried to update but it said that it had already newest drivers installed). I reinstalled new ones that worked (I reinstalled the same ones btw). After few weeks i noticed that windows started downloading latest version of sound drivers so i didn't think anything bad of it i left the laptop to download the updates came back to a blue screen of death. Since then i tried troubleshooting, all those cleaning commands on cmd, tried to reset laptop but it gets to 60% then blue screen appears again, even tried to reinstalling windows 10 but it also goes in to blue screen, and blue screen always has the same error code :NOT LESS OR EQUAL. Im at a loss please someone help me.

How do i do that, cuz i only can access bios and cmd That value i changed, it goes back to default Thats not a soliution

I tried to update my sound drivers when PC ran in to a problem. Blue screen was just in loop, then i decided to clean my pc and reinstall windows 10 when another problem appeared. I tried changing those value in the photos and still nothing. I can only pull up bios settings and command promt.

No i haven’t changed anything in bios

I only have 2 ram slots, and when i put them together the screen just goes black and thats why i didint let run for long time max 1min

So i have a pc CPU- Amd ryzen 5 3400g Motherboard- ASUS prime a320m-k so till now my pc had only 1x 16gb 3200mhz ram. then i bough 1 more 1x16bg ram same as the the one i had i tried to put them in separately and they work but when i try to put them together pc itself turn on but screen goes black what should i do?

you mean VGA or changing HDMI couse i did change HDMI and those pixels where still on the screen

Yesterday out of nowhere my monitor started to have green flickering pixels. I went on google to try and solve the problem and microsoft published a solution for it said: go to safe mode to see if that problem is still there, so i went to safe mode and the pixels where gone. So that meant that its not a cable problem (HDMI). (News!): So my monitor still has those green pixes i took out HDMI out of monitor and i pluged back in for a few seconds there was no green pixels, and one more thing when i put my pc on 75hz monitor keeps going black for a few seconds and it happens all the time so i tird to put on 50hz then monitor doesnt go black for a few seconds.
