  1. It is and RAM is dual channel.
  2. GPU - RTX 2070 S RAM - DDR4 2x 8GB @ 3000 MHZ PROCESSOR - RYZEN 7 2700X Motherboard - Asus Prime x470 Pro PSU - Corsair RM850X Storage - 1TB HDD Western Blue Digital fggf.mp4 HardwareMonitoring.txt
  3. Also if it is relevant MSI After Burner says dominant limiters. Power No Load

  6. https://pastebin.com/T7tLbXfi ^ log in txt FPS included this time. https://streamable.com/jhsavq ^Video^ Does not go with log. But does show the bad stutter on State Of Decay 2. It did not start recording the log for a second. Stutter still occurs got some more info though. But GTA V and Destiny 2 work fine. State of decay 2 and Bright Memory are still stuttering bad. Dying Light does it a few times at the first minute. The image below shows my GPU usuage dropping to 2% during state of decay 2. Very alarming and unknown why. It seems to happen in certain games. If it matters I'm only using 1 HDD for storage. Is it possible if the HDD hits 100% it can cause stutter? Possibly even a damaged HDD? re91pqz_d.webp

  8. Most heavy games bring the CPU to about 72C (also my room is pretty warm in the day) After a long game session. The gpu never goes above 65C.
  9. Hm. Well with the stock cooler. The highest temp I seen while gaming is 82 C in Monster Hunter World. In Prime95 a benchmark of 6 hours. It never went above 85C. I'm not doing any fancy OC. I do believe it auto does it. Why would it be reaching 100%?
  10. Indeed XMP is enabled or as this motherboard calls it D.O.C.P
  11. Complete I chosen the Unistall and restart option. If that's okay. (Other options talked about breaking stuff and black screen. Didn't wanna risk that)Had the latest game ready driver install downloaded (Not GeForce Experience) WiFi was fully disabled so windows couldn't install anything. So I'll give it a test and let ya know. Also the CPU temp thing is okay? I did swap out some GPUs though overtime. From a 970 to 1060 to the current 2070. So hopefully this helps. Update 1 - GTA hasn't stuttered yet and the game actually loaded a lot faster. Did a userbench mark. Gaming went up about 4% and workbench about 15%
  12. It's odd that GTA V runs so smooth. I tested it for a good while. I have Redux and Next Gen Shader 2.0. It's surely putting pressure to the components. So it's really odd. That other games stutter. I read Outer Worlds game pass edition caused the stutters. That game was next to unplayable. It would stutter upon shooting an enemy. No Man's Sky only really does it upon exploring. So some games are flawless as others stutter really bad. For Dying Light it happens most when hitting zombies. Roaming around is completely smooth. So a lot of this seems to do with particles.
  13. Wow I most definitely skipped out on specs. My apologies. CPU - Ryzen 7 2700x Stock Cooler GPU - EVGA RTX 2070 Super XC RAM - 2x 8GB DDR4 @ 3000MHZ MOTHER BOARD - ASUS Prime X470 Pro PSU - Corsair RM850X Not sure if it's relevant but. I noticed my CPU temp. Spikes even during be idle. From 45C to 56C. I assumed it just dealt with the auto OC though.
  14. I posted a topic on this before. But have re-done everything. (On mobile couldn't find how to delete old post) Here is some logs. 1. IGNORE 2. Bright Memory - Stuttering Mess 3. Gta V - About 2 stutters than smooth 4. Dying Light - Minimal stutters 5. Metal Gear Phantom pain - No stutters https://pastebin.com/7TW31Gf2 ^ Benchmark in TXT https://drive.google.com/file/d/1h1zVSksgep6Mmq2swZvo_Sm41cDL-ms1/view?usp=sharing ^ Msi after burner log
  15. I can confirm it helped. My GPU no longer hits 100% randomly. Stutters seem gone. But I noticed in my Msi after burner. CPU11 hit 100% Is that okay?
