  1. *Before I get come at by certain people, I want to preface this response by saying that I have been a long-time supporter of Linus Tech Media Group and always will be a supporter until the end of time, but I am a firm believer in excising benign tumors before they become malignant and ruin the integrity of the body of a company as a whole. Take this statement as you will* The same can be said with your direct statement... The simple fact that your response was immediately directed toward jealousy and LMG attempting to move into more hardware tests to "directly compete" with GN just shows the drama and sensationalism on your end lol. Not to mention you stating that GN "feels" like LMG "copied" some of their merchandise sales? If their focus was on financial competition in any regard the video that they just made in regards to the Accuracy, Ethics, and Responsibility of LTT would be made monetized- But it isn't. Imo this just reeks of a lack of accountability strictly on the end of LMG and their supporters that blatantly see the inconsistencies with their production and reviews, but will fail to call them out on it while also likely watching other content creators for their actual legitimate reviews when buying products, but will never voluntarily seek out LTT first. And in regard to the statement in which you said, this wasn't the first time by GamersNexus either, I honestly would like to see some examples. I have found inconsistencies on their end in regard to what I deem partially biased reviews, but as with Linus Tech Media Group, no channel or review can ever be perfect, but in the accountability department I do see significantly more.

    Audio Issues

Ok so this is what is going on. I currently play controller on pc for many of my games, and I have been doing this for a while now. Just yesterday I was playing controller on my pc and was playing Fortnite because my little brother was begging me to play it with him. When I went to the restroom and came back I saw my brother using my keyboard and playing Fortnite on my PC because I keep my keyboard plugged in even though I am playing with Controller. Long Story short, when I resumed play I couldn't hear anything. Keep in mind this is with my headphones plugged into my controller. I tested my headphones on my phone to see if they still worked and they did so that cannot be the issue. I feel as if he might have just pressed some keyboard combinations in which now I cannot hear anything. So now when I plug my headset into my controller, I cant hear audio from ANY of the games I play like MW, and Apex Legends. But when I unplug them from my controller and plug them directly into the pc, I can hear everything people are saying on mic and I can hear the game itself, but no one can hear me. Very weird issue at hand here. My current build is a Dell Optiplex 390 with an i7-2600 (3.4 ghz base, 3.8 ghz turbo), 16gb of 1600 mhz ddr3 ram, a gtx 1650 with 4gb of GDDR6, a 256 gb Kingston Sata SSD, and a 1tb HDD. Ill try to answer any questions you may have for me. I also have The Geforce Experience Overlay, and the Origin Overlay if that makes a difference.
  3. Yes the parts have been switched out. It is all in a Dell optiplex 390 Tower
  4. Dell optiplex with Asus mobo- yes overclocking Not a stock cooler- yes overclocking Yes it's not a non k, but I can get more performance out of it Because I play demanding games and want to squeeze more performance out of it.
  5. Yeah I've seen many get this clock with the non k variant. If not 4.2 GHz then I Know it was at least 4.1 GHz
  6. Alright so this is what I got goin on: I currently have a Dell Optiplex that can pull hella frames in many games. Here are the specs (I7-2600, 16 gb ddr3 ram clocked at 1600 MHz, 256 GB SSD, (1) 750 GB HDD, (1) 600 GB HDD, 500W PSU, and a Gigabyte GTX 1060 6gb Windforce OC.) [KEEP IN MIND THIS IS THE NON K VARIANT*] On the Intel website for the cpu it says the base clock is 3.4 GHz and the boost clock is 3.8 ghz, but I've done some research and seen YouTube videos in which people like Gamers Nexus and other small PC enthusiasts got clocks up to 4.2 GHz. If anyone could expand more on this, and maybe explain the overclocking process in detail or even link me to a video that explains the overclocking process for this processor in detail it would be greatly appreciated.
  7. I talked him down to just the card. Should I still accept or nah?
  8. Yeah it is good, but I would like to get some higher quality. 4gb vram compared to 6gb of vram is quite a large difference.
  9. It came in brand new packaging and he showed me a receipt as well. Everything he stated is accurate and it is indeed only a week old.
  10. Ok so here is what is going on. About 2 weeks ago I posted my Gigabyte Gtx 1650 low profile with 4gb of gddr6 for sale on offerup and just recently I recieved a trade. The guy offered his Gigabyte Gtx 1060 with 6gb of GDDR5 saying it was used for about 1 week while mine was used for 1 week as well. Should I accept the deal? I am also adding more items to make the deal worth it for I believe his card is more expensive than mine. Any questions asked about the trade will be answered to better help you make a decision.
  11. Also how is a card with gddr6 slower than a card with gddr5. I'm a bit nooby at cards, but I don't think this should be the case.
