so in idle i get like 40 but like when i start going pn chrome or downloadong something it goes up to 50-60 i send a screenshot when i stopped the download and when i started it, what should i do? is it ok like this? if not how can i fix it

Is it ok for the pump like that too? with 1 pin less?

So i recently buyed this AIO and i realised that the Y splitter for the 4 pin fans has a missing pin on 1 connector if you count from the left it is the third pin and if u count from the right it is the second the thing is one connector from the splitter doesn t have 1 missing pin and the 3-pin-SATA adaptor from the pump has a missing pin too, what should i do? is it ok to be like that ?
