So i have observed a few things with the gpu market (in my country). more GPUs seem to be in stock in stores. the mining craze is over. our second hand market is flooded with mining rigs. people who thought mining was a good idea then realized they didnt know what they were doing or getting themselves into. plenty of half finished rigs for sale. i think many people who wanted 3000 seriese cards already got them which is why there seems to be more stock available in stores. also i think a lot of people are simply waiting to buy untill prices come down. 
 
when it comes to mining. profits are way down and with EIP 1559 proposed to be around the corner we could see a drop in profitablity of up to 40% on Etherium mining around next month. 
i think this will make a lot of miners quit and start selling their rigs. theres already a lot of rigs for sale but prices are still ridiculous. 
 
basically i think within about 2 months i think the second hand market will be flooded with gpus. prices might stay high for a little but they will have to come down at some point with the influx of gpus. this will in turn hopefully prompt official stores to reduce their prices on new gpus as well. i personally have a positive view for the rest of the year.
im not sure what it will be like in your region of the world these are my observations of whats happening in my country. i hope gpu prices can normalize a little by the end of the year.

and while the cpu is installed ?
I removed the cooler from my motherboard because I want to ship
and while im cleaning the cpu from the thermal paste with QTips
my hand slipped to the bottom of the cpu where I can clearly see motherboard pins
I don't want to re attach the cooler again and test
so im asking is it possible to bend the motherboard pins while cpu is installed ?
