I Reset my PC to factory settings and now I cannot open Settings of any type or open Personalize or Display settings. All the fixes I saw required to troubleshoot which is in setting which makes me unable to open it. This was directly after a Factory Reset nothing was modified before I noticed this problem. If anyone can hop in a call and try to help that would be awesome even if u don't manage to fix the problem any attempt to help is appreciated.
