  1. I'm having the exact same problem, did you ever get this figured out?

  4. You might take a look at this video he compares the NH-U9s to the NH-D9L (Ultimate NCASE M1 Cooling Setup?) The U9S does around 15 better.
  5. The Ryzen 3600 has a very good price to performance ratio, right now it is $158.99 on Amazon. as far as gaming goes it is nearly the equal to the 3700x and with a little overclocking is practically the same as the 3600x.
  6. I think the NH-U9S has a little more cooling capacity if it will fit in your system, especially if you can add a second fan it is almost as effective as the NH-u12s. however the NH-D9L is good as well probably within 2 or 3 degree of the NH-U9S. A second fan on the NH-D9L will help a little as well.
  7. Budget (including currency): $300ish American dollars Country: USA Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Supercross 3, Racing simulators, Assassins Creed Valhalla, Red Dead Redemption II, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, and a little 3d rendering Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): My current build is an ITX form factor using a Fractal Design Core 500 case(I have it sitting upright on what is normally the front not laying down like it was intended), Msi B450I motherboard. EVGA water cooled 2070 super, 16gb ram 3200mhz, XMP 500gb M.2, 2tb HDD, Seasonic gold 650 watt PSU. My current CPU is a Ryzen 1600 af which is pretty impressive for what it is but, I want MORE POWER. I recently purchased A Ryzen 3700x on Amazon for $260 which I have yet to open because I am still in my return grace period. My problem is what CPU do I really need to run the programs I use and push my 2070 super to the max. Should I keep the 3700x, send it back and buy a 3600x that is now a $100 less or send it back and wait for Ryzen 3 (which cold cost a lot more, $300 is about my limit). It's the Goldilocks effect, or is the 3700x too much not enough, or just right? Oh Yah, by the way, Assassins Creed Valhalla comes free with the 3700x.,
