i have to say the device worked on my old pc

title, i have an hde wireless receiver for xbox360 controller and the driver wont install in device manager, is there a way to force to installa driver in a device?. unknown device , then i choose the driver, then it says installation complete but after that in device manager i see this unknown device

yes i have a brand new pc, r5 3600, rtx 2060, is it dangerous to put a defectuous gpu is my new pc?

ok so i installed nvidia driver version 441.87 and my gpu switch from all good to code 43. you know the sound when a device is detected, my pc does that sound, i see my that my gpu is ok in device manager, few second after, i hear the sound, then my gpu is not ok(code 43), then few second i hear the sound and my gpu is ok, and the sound goes and it repeat this sequence again and again, do you understand, english is not my first language sorry.

should i start with https://www.zotac.com/ee/files/download/by_product?p_nid=334012&driver_type=235&os=981 , or an update from nvidia web site(https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/)?

did that.. does not work, is it possible that my gpu is dead even if my pc detect it?

i have an old pc ,i5-4670k gtx 760 worked just fine, i did an driver update and its not working properly anymore. i see my gpu in device manager (error code 43), i downgraded my driver multiple, but nothing, at first my pc didnt boot i had to boot without driver signature enforcement to unistall my drivers. I have display from my gpu ( hdmi plug in gpu) fan works please help
