  1. Thanks everybody, its a zotac card of some sort. The part number 288-1n511 brings up zotac cards and the rear i.o. looks Identical to the amp card. I think someone must have swapped out the cooler at some point or maybe this was in a pre-built . Who knows ill try the different vbios I can find hopefully one will fix it
  2. So every blower card I look at doesn't seem to have a type c port. This one does .... the plot thickens
  3. I'm not sure, card is a mystery tbh. It is in my test rig and hasn't gotten hot or made any funny noises. Fan profile seemed way off until I changed it back to a blower vbios. I took it apart and nothing inside the card looked burnt either.
  4. I will give it a try, I didn't see a vbios for a palit blower card
  5. Thanks for the quick reply ill try loading that one
  6. Long story short is I bought a rtx 2070 used on ebay and it gives code 43. I believe its got a bad vbios as the seller said he messed with it. He thought it was a zotac but I cant seem to identify it and already tried putting the blower zotac vbios on it but still code 43. Any help would be much appreciated
  7. Tbh...I got a good deal on it sooo yeah! I will never use that much ram, it is strictly a overkill gaming pc
  8. Ty, believe it or not even with the new case my gpu is +185 mhz +1000 on ram sitting around 71c under load, cpu is a little hot during benches around 80c

  10. Hey all, New to the forums and already had some help on a new build from some members but wanted to show off my finished build and get some of your thoughts on it. Excuse the cord mess I literally had just finished ill put some cleaned up pics lol later
  11. I just googled the z390 pin layout would assume you could do the same for your board
  12. Thank you, it took me about an hour and most pins were simple enough to fix but that bottom row was pretty much doomed as they were simply twisted like crazy
  13. So I bought a second hand motherboard and needless to say it was shipped without a cover on socket. Seller refused to give money back fully so I said screw it ill to try and fix, here's before and after pics do you all think it has a shot to work without destroying my 9900kf? Its a aorus master z390 board. I looked up the pin layout on the bottom row and most are vcc and igpu that are broke/bent.
  14. yeah that is still an option and probably is the route ill have to go but was hoping some one might have a fix for it before i did that.
