  1. Okay so I have this 900D case which had a hardline acrylic loop that I built 6 or so years ago. Fast forward to this year, and the acrylic cracked. I tear down the thing and have the parts running on air while I fix up the case. I order this tray and modified the case. https://www.coldzero.eu/corsair-900d-fullsize-motherboard-tray-cover I also ordered this distro plate for the 900D: https://www.bykski.us/products/bykski-distro-plate-corsair-900d-pmma-w-5v-addressable-rgb-rbw-rgv-cos-900d The problem is that the mounting hardware doesn't line up. In order to move forward with the build, I need to drill through the acrylic motherboard tray (something i have never done and am not currently equipped to do). I would love to get some advice on how to do this the right way...without breaking the bank (I have no space or need for a drill press, but i'm still employed). Once I get the thing drilled, i now have to deal with the mounting hardware. Basically i just need to find a longer version of the same counter-sync screw + some washers. How could I go about identifying the screws in the mounting hardware, or the washers needed to prevent cracking? I have it disassembled the parts but am science dog with ... well i guess hardware but part of me hates to say that :P I've attached an image of the screw. I just need a longer one to go through the thicker acrylic (exact length doesn't matter, the mounting hardware looks to accept any length).
