If youre in the east coast of AU, swap the 6950XT for 4070. Itll be a massive performance decrease but the power consumption is 200 watts less under full load.

Irrelevant since 3200c16 and 3600c18 bins have pretty similar performance though the latter is ever so slightly faster, 4000+ bins have terrible subtimings and are generally unreliable in terms of xmp even working out the box

Only way to get goood ram performance is via overclocking and if thats what you want then you can buy four m378a1g43eb1 2133 samsung e die and oc to 3800-4000 1:1 fclk

as for gpu you really just wanna spend around half your budget and base the rest of your components around it

The difference in performance is really not noticeable so I don't think it's worth the extra money when the funds could go towards something else that would make a bigger difference like RAM speeds or a better GPU.

    5700x + 7900xt + 32gb 3200c16

Its 100aud overbudget so you may wish to downgrade to a 6950xt instead or you can opt to dig through the used market for a used 850-1200w gold/platinum unit

this is pretty much just parts optimization and dumping most of the budget on important parts like the cpu and gpu while minimizing waste on needlessly pricey parts or parts that dont contribute to performance (case, ssd, mobo, cooler, etc.)

Hello. I have made you a build list that I think is much better for Gaming. Overall I was able to give you a much better GPU, and a lower price. This is pretty much the best performance per dollar you could hope for. The Case that I picked has 4 included RGB Fans. Since Power Supplies are overpriced at the moment I opted for a 850w unit. If you ever decide to upgrade the GPU you will not have to replace the PSU.

I have been building PCs for 30 years so if you have any questions please ask.
