hi guys i just noticed a problem in my laptop, when i try to run any benchmark software like TSbench of throttleStop or cinebench my cpu clock speed come to 3200 Mhz but usually it is 3800 Mhz on idle. Original clock speed was 4000 Mhz. My laptop is plugged in. I think my cpu is not getting full power, can anyone help. I have provided image of throttle setting and while benchmark is on
