no the diagnostic light aren't turning on ok ill try the PSU test

Asus prime x570 PRO - AMD Ryzen 9 3900X- PSU GAME MAX 750w 80 gold plus RGB supply unit -EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 super. I put everything in the case and hooked up everything to the PSU and I'm only getting power to the motherboard and something strange I noticed is that when I turn it on the power supplies fan doesn't turn on. I'm super sad and confused can anyone help
