So i can change the fan with no problem right? With any 120mm fan?

Hello to all How are u guys? i want to ask u something because im not sure! I have a liquid cooler on my pc (H45 corsair) The fan makes to much noise and I want to change it. If I change it with other corsair fan like corsair AF120 LED BLUE Quiet Edition 3 pin it will it work? Or I need 4 pin ? Or the fans from liquid cooler should not be changed?
