Yes it just occurred to me that I have offended basically 85% of you.

I agree that while a raspberry is a bit of a gray area, if someone kitted it out with linux it would fit the definition of a desktop. Sure it's slow but that doesn't matter as it is certainly faster than the original desktops.
 
To be fair to Apple, a Windows PC does not feel like my PC anymore. They took MS paint off of my laptop this morning and added a game called Hidden City. I am aware of the new 3D paint but that is besides the point.

so running as admin and setting to 720p output my buddy said its not lagging.   Ty for your help and ill make sure i run as admin each time

Smaller fans make more noise, that is typically the point in using this design vs a squirrel cage blower.

I too play a bit of minecraft on the holidays either by myself or on the server with the nephews.
 
The concept of gaming still appeals to me, I loved playing WoW, however it's harder to get into gaming as I have other hobbies that generally are more rewarding for my time.
