ok finally finished my new build. this will make the sweaty enthusiasts cringe but for my build when I first got it... I didn't have the right screwdriver so I was using other objects. I finally got one later on and a screw was stripped. LOL. How did i fix it? well I just ripped it off. I mean the metal piece connected to the motherboard. This was just the cover for all the m.2 drives so nothing was affected. but don't worry it gets better.
before me ripping it off I keep trying to see if I could just move the cover and put my m.2 drives in.... it kind of worked but I ended up getting that sticky stuff on top of the cover in my bottom pcie slot. 
LMFAO. so I don't think I can use that one. but the worst part is that this "building experience" went 10x better than my last one.
 
also I didn't know motherboards cannot handle ddr5 in all 4 slots so I couldn't use the full 6000mhz speed and instead went with 5600.

And yes, the backplate is staying off.

so what you know? the problem was that bent cord. it was smashed.
 
The guy who set my internet up i guess was just a contracter not employee.
 
The guy did tests said there was a lot of noise and he just glanced at the setup and he was like "holy shit!"
 
 
but the guy said there is still "Dips" and will send someone else to check it out. might have to dig the cord up idk?

Sure, you can test some other end point addresses (like www.steam.com, or www.google.com) and if they keep failing at the same places, you can send screencaps to your ISP, though I don't know how much they will respond, but it's worth a shot

There is an issue outside your network (aka the ISP has issues)
Not much you can do about that other than call them and report it.
 

I fixed my nasty setup I got a log of reactions on earlier. From this to that with new tables I got. Also I bought q longer hdmi 2.1 cable so it would fit better.

The pc power cable connected to it isn't long enough so I am using that kind of as an extention cord.
