my nzxt h10i case rgb strip wont stop flickering i dont know if this is a case issue or a power supply issue

it would get to the installing face and either an error would show up saying you need to restart or blue screen of death

i am using 2 and 4

i can get into bios it reports as 2 8 gig sticks

it has 4 slots it is https://www.microcenter.com/product/510208/gigabyte-b450m-ds3h-amd-am4-matx-motherboard

i have also tried both sticks they both work

they are the same speed it was a two pack of ddr4 3600 8 gig

i was having trouble when installing windows on my computer and had to muse 1 stick of ram now when i try 2 sticks it doesn't work
