    Sorry for the late reply, never got the notification. My mobo is a Gigabyte B365M DS3H WIFI. I havent updated the BIOS, I am running a May 2019 version, there is a December update available. Should I update it? I am really liking this, troubleshooting is engaging. Its a fun little world.

    Thank you for your answer! I was further testing this issue and noticed that I also get power limit throttling when opening simple apps like Visual Studio Code, DataGrip and running SQL queries, is that also normal? It would be great if you could guide me with the BIOS setup or further setting! Sweet build btw!

    Hello! I am a CS student who just built my first PC. Apparently I am having some trouble setting it up. I ran the typical benchmarks and everything seemed to be ok. Until I ran the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility Stress Test. My CPU power throttles almost immediately. My build is: CPU: i7-9700F GPU: RTX 2060S PSU: EVGA 600W Any help, explanation, suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
