okay i changed it without problem but i can't still boot the flash drive it still fails. How do i fix it, i don't know if im reimaging it wrong

yes i can boot to windows without a problem this screen comes if i try to launch the flash drive. I found some guides to change legacy to uefi will i lose data if i do it ?

Can't boot to windows 10 installation im getting this screen. bios mode is legacy but i want to change it to uefi and i want to be able to dualboot with manjaro. my hardware is this : https://prnt.sc/tf0fjw gpu is rx460 i tried to reimage it both ntfs and fat32 nothing changed.
