100% might of just figured out the problem, Reckon there might be previous bent cpu pins could have a slight crack in it

Havent checked on this new board, but on the old one i was running the latest

When ever i try and change speeds, currently i cannot get my advertised speeds in duel channel memory in a2 and b2, also a1 and b1. Im out of options and that ive got no clue what im doing wrong, ive done the xmp profile with it been 3200mhz with the 16 18 18 36, still nothing, auto goes back to 2133mhz. Also tried doing it my self with 1.2v and 1.35v with the 3200mhz and the timings https://pcpartpicker.com/list/KTnrFG
