whats a good cheap motherboard that can handle ryzen 7 3700x

it dosent say nothing about bios in the product information

hey thanks for the reply i have a AMD Athlon 240GE 2-Core cpu right now i understand pc parts but once i found out you need a bios update for motherboards then my nervers hit the roof am plaing on getting a 1660 gpu and a ryzen 7 3700x cpu and a b450 asus rog strix

hello am looking for some help i am thinking of upgrading my pc on christmas and i saw a motherboard i like that is compatable with ryzen7 3700x cpu it is a asus b450 but then i watch some videos later on and they said that ryzen 3 gen motherboards needs the latest bio update for it to work could i use any compatible cpu to get the latest bios update on the mother board or do i have to buy a second gen cpu to do the bios
